Fossil Ichthyosaur from Charmouth, Dorset

Acquisition of one of the largest, new-complete fossil Ichthyosaur skeletons ever found in Britain. From the cliffs at Charmouth in Dorset. The preserved 25 skeleton consists of a 6 foot skull and much of the body, lacking only the tail end (from an original estimated length of 30-35 feet, perhaps some 5 -10 feet of vertebrae are missing).
