Llangorse Lake, Ty Mawr Farm

Acquisition of a large farm on the southern shore of Llangorse Lake in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Part of the farm included the reed bed along the edge of the lake, designated SSSI. The intention was to resell most of the farmland having established the necessary covenants over its use.
