Teifi Marshes: Land including River Frontage

Acquisition of 17 hectares (42 acres) of varied habitats within the broad area of the Teifi Marshes. These include 250 yards of river frontage and the lower mouth of the Cilgarron gorge, old slate waste heaps set amoung reed beds and alder carr and oak woodlands onvthe west and north-west facing slopes. Much of the area falls within the Teifi Estuary and woodlands SSSI and much of it is scenically outstanding.
